Is my money genuinely secure?
Yes. When you pay the deposit via Homepay, the money is credited to a locked escrow account in your name, opened with Treezor — an electronic money institution regulated by the ACPR and part of the Société Générale Group. The account is dedicated exclusively to this transaction and cannot be used for any other purpose. The deposit remains secured in that account until the conditions agreed upon in the purchase proposal are met. Only at that point can your agent instruct the transfer, and Homepay performs automatic checks before releasing the funds. You can monitor the status of your deposit at any time from your personal dashboard, 24 hours a day, without downloading any app.
